Rita's Custom Creations

Welcome to our creative corner! We’re Jamie and Mike, a husband-and-wife team with a passion for turning everyday items into unique keepsakes. What started in 2021 with epoxy tumblers has now blossomed into a wide variety of personalized creations, from tote bags and earrings to bookmarks, coasters, and over ten types of drinkware.

Jamie, the heart of our business, is a free spirit with a love for the beach, the ocean, and all things colorful and creative. A self-taught graphic designer, Jamie’s flair for fun and attention to detail shines through in every product, giving each design a playful, sassy touch.

In 2023, Mike joined the creative side with his ingenuity and practicality, adding laser-cut designs to our growing catalog. Together, we now offer engraved coasters, photo frames, keychains, and so much more. Mike’s inventive mind complements Jamie’s artistic touch, creating a perfect balance as we continue to grow our business.

At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to quality. We strive to provide the best products on the market at the greatest value to keep our customers happy. We believe in making keepsakes that are more than just beautiful—they’re designed to last, to capture cherished memories, and to be passed down through generations. Do you offer custom designs?

Yes — most items can be personalized with names, photos, dates, or custom artwork. Customers can upload a file or leave a note at checkout.

Can customers see a proof before their order is made?

A digital mockup is available upon request for personalized items, please post a note on notes to the seller section of the checkout. Production begins once the customer approves it.

What file types are accepted for custom images?

High‑resolution PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files work best for sublimation and engraving.

Is there a limit to customization?

Not usually. Extremely detailed or low‑quality images may require adjustments. Customers will be contacted if anything needs to be modified, please let us know in notes to the seller your preferred method of contact.

🚚 Shipping & Processing

How long does it take to make an order?

Handmade items typically take 3–7 business days to create, depending on complexity and order volume.

What shipping options are available?

Standard shipping is a flat fee if you are considering a larger order $100 and over ships for free or contact us for a custom quote for multiple products.

Do you ship internationally?

No—Only within the United States.

How do customers track their order?

Once shipped, a tracking number is sent via email or text.

What type of tumblers are used?

High‑quality double wall stainless steel tumblers that keep drinks hot or cold for hours.

Are the designs dishwasher safe?

Sublimated tumblers are dishwasher safe, but handwashing is highly recommended for longevity due to the fact that the dishwasher will fade the image over time. Engraved items are fully dishwasher safe.

Will colors or images match the photos exactly?

Colors and images may vary slightly due to screen differences and the handmade process, but accuracy is always a priority.

What payment methods are accepted?

Major credit/debit cards, PayPal, PayPal, pay in 4, Afterpay, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Are discounts available for bulk or event orders?

🔄 Returns, Refunds & Order Issues

Are returns accepted?

Because items are personalized, returns are only accepted for incorrect products, as stated in shop policies once items have been shipped there is a transfer of liability to the shipping company and all packages are shipped insured.

What if an item arrives damaged?

Transfer of Liability Please be aware that Rita’s Custom Creations is not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier (e.g., UPS, USPS or other carriers). Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer and the carrier at the point of dispatch. We are not liable for: Shipping delays or transit issues. Lost or stolen packages (including "porch piracy") after delivery. Physical damage to the package or product that occurs during transit. Handling Claims Any discrepancies, package damage, or shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier (UPS or USPS or other carriers) using the tracking number provided.

Can an order be canceled or changed?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, changes may not be possible.

What’s the difference between sublimation and engraving?

Sublimation infuses ink into the material for a smooth, vibrant finish. Engraving permanently etches the design into the surface for a textured, long‑lasting look.

Can logos or business branding be engraved?

Yes — business logos, employee gifts, and promotional items can be engraved.

Is gift packaging available?

Yes — gift bags and boxes with custom images to match the purchase or a special message are available for all orders at checkout, and personalized gift notes are available by adding a note to the seller.
